Be/: A journal of self-discovery and reflection
Journaling can look different for many individuals, and it can be extremely intimidating, but what if it wasn't? Traditional journaling is filling out a blank page without any guidance. Individuals typically write about their thoughts, feelings, and emotions on paper in order to reflect something positive or negative. While traditional journaling works for some, it may not work for all. The purpose of this 90-day Be/ Journal is to encourage individuals to think more positively and to incorporate it within their daily life.
When you hear the word be, are more positive words popping into your head? Words such as great, humble, faithful, etc. It’s time to start thinking more positively and reflect. Be/ inspired to better yourself.
